Refund policy

Donations are voluntary

Every donation to Shree Sai Sanjivani Sanstha is a voluntary contribution towards our work. Once a donation is received it is committed to a programme, so as a rule donations are final and are not refunded.

When we will refund

• A technical error caused a duplicate payment for the same donation
• An amount was debited but no donation record was created at our end
• You were charged an amount different from the one you approved
• A donation was made without the account holder’s knowledge or consent

How to request a refund

Write to drbhalchandrathakare@gmail.com or call 94234 79899 within seven days of the transaction. Give us the date, the amount, the mode of payment and the transaction reference. Approved refunds are processed within ten to fifteen working days to the same account or card used for the donation.

Tax receipts

If an 80G receipt has already been issued for a donation that is later refunded, that receipt stands cancelled and must not be used for a tax claim.

Cancelling a recurring donation

If you have set up a monthly or recurring donation, you can stop it at any time by writing to us. We will cancel it before the next cycle. Contributions already collected are not refunded.

Donations in kind

Medicines, equipment, clothing and other material donations cannot be returned once received and logged. Please read the conditions on the Join Hands page before sending anything, particularly the six month minimum shelf life for medicines.
